Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
1. Who we are
That Sports Consultancy Group Ltd (“TSCG”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is responsible for the personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us about our services.
We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15027163.
Registered office: 90a Broomfield Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1SS, United Kingdom.
For privacy enquiries or to exercise your data protection rights, email info@thatsportsconsultancy.com.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a contact form or email us, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, organisation, telephone number, message and any subsequent correspondence.
Please only provide information relevant to your enquiry and avoid including sensitive personal information.
Our hosting and podcast providers may also process technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device information and requests made to their servers, to deliver and protect their services.
3. How and why we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to enquiries and discuss potential work.
- Prepare proposals and arrange meetings.
- Provide services you engage us to deliver.
- Maintain relevant business correspondence.
- Operate and protect our website.
- Meet applicable legal obligations.
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, developing business relationships and operating a secure website. We consider these interests alongside your privacy and rights.
Where you personally request steps towards a contract with us, or enter into one, we process information as necessary for those steps or to perform the contract. For enquiries made on behalf of an organisation, we generally rely on legitimate interests to communicate with its representatives.
We rely on legal obligations where processing is necessary to comply with the law.
You are not required to contact us or provide personal information through this website. However, we may be unable to respond or prepare a proposal without relevant contact details and information about your enquiry.
4. Contact forms and email
Our contact form is provided through Webflow. Submissions are stored in Webflow and delivered to our business email account, hosted through Microsoft 365.
We handle enquiries individually. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list, and we do not automatically add website enquiries to a CRM.
5. Podcast player
Our website includes a Buzzsprout player for That Sports Merch Podcast.
Loading the player or listening to an episode involves a connection to Buzzsprout’s services. Buzzsprout may process technical information, including IP address, user agent and, in some cases, referring URL, to deliver audio, validate downloads, produce listening statistics and prevent misuse.
Buzzsprout provides us with aggregated podcast statistics. Its handling of listener information is described in its own privacy policy:
https://www.buzzsprout.com/privacy/
Further information about cookies and embedded services is provided in our Cookies Policy.
6. Who receives your information
Relevant information is processed by providers that support our website and communications, including:
- Webflow, for website hosting and contact form processing.
- Microsoft, for business email through Microsoft 365.
- Buzzsprout, for podcast hosting and playback.
Where necessary for an enquiry or engagement, we may also share relevant information with an associate involved in that work. We limit this to information needed for their role.
We may disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where necessary to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. International processing
Our providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the United Kingdom.
Transfers requiring protection under UK data protection law must be covered by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as approved contractual terms.
You can contact us for further information about the arrangements relevant to your information.
8. How long we keep information
For enquiries that do not lead to client work, we retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them from our active Webflow records and email account.
Where an enquiry becomes client work, relevant information is retained for the engagement and afterwards for as long as necessary to meet contractual, accounting, legal or claims-related requirements.
Information needed for an ongoing dispute or legal obligation may be retained for longer. Providers may retain residual copies in backups for their applicable backup cycles.
9. Cookies and analytics
We have not enabled Google Analytics, Webflow Analyze or Meta Pixel on this website.
This does not mean that hosting or embedded services process no technical information. Please see our Cookies Policy for information about cookies and similar technologies used on the website.
We will update our policies if we introduce additional tracking.
10. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis used, you may have rights to:
- Access your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion.
- Restrict processing.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Receive and transfer certain information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions. To make a request, email info@thatsportsconsultancy.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
We do not use your information to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
11. Complaints
If you have concerns about our handling of your information, please contact us.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator:
https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/
12. Other websites and policy updates
Our website links to external websites, including social media and podcast platforms. Their own privacy policies apply when you use their services.
We may update this policy as our website or business practices change. The date above shows when it was last updated.
